Wide expertise.
Local delivery.
Novemia is a Cyprus-based consultancy working across sustainability, funding and project delivery. We put together the right people for each project and take on as much or as little of it as you want us to.
Our story
Novemia was created to close the distance between a good idea and a finished project.
Projects rarely stall because the idea was wrong. They stall on the practical part — a requirement read too late, a deadline underestimated, a procedure nobody had the time to follow through properly.
That is the part we take on: the assessment, the paperwork, the coordination and the reporting, so that the work actually reaches the ground.
We work with public bodies, organisations and private clients, on projects drawing on European and national funding and on projects with no funding attached at all.
Where a project needs expertise we do not hold ourselves — energy engineers, architects, environmental scientists, financial analysts, procurement advisers — we bring it in and coordinate it as one team, so you deal with a single point of contact rather than five.
How we work
An honest answer first
If something will not work, or will not be worth what it costs you, you hear that before any commitment is made. A clear no early is worth more to you than an optimistic yes.
We promise what we can deliver
Scope, timeline and who is responsible for what are agreed in writing before work begins. We would rather turn something down than take it on and fall short of it.
The detail is the work
Requirements, deadlines and documentation are where projects are won or lost. We treat them as the substance of the job, not as the admin around it.
As much or as little as you need
Some clients hand us a single task. Others want us there from the first assessment to the final report. Both are fine, and which one it is gets settled at the start rather than assumed.
Start with an email.
Every tomorrow starts with something built today. Tell us what you're working toward, and let's find the way there together.
